I made this by starting with a 5x7 vertical white canvas in photoshop that I colored black as a background layer. I then used the smoke from the stadium_lights.psd backdrop that I then applied a hue and saturation layer to. I set the layer to colorize and set the hue to 200 and the saturation to 25. The RX symbol, the heartbeat, and the caduceus are all clipart images. I applied the outer glow effect to both of them, colored the glow a shade of blue to match, and lined the two up to connect in the corner. I put the caduceus in the hue and saturation layer to change the color of it and applied the same outer glow. I found the font at dafont.com and it is called Square One by Darrell Flood, and set the color to white.

I made this by starting with a white 5x7 canvas. I colored the background with the gradient tool using one of the blue presents diagonally. I took the smoke once from the stadium_lights.psd and made three copies of the layer. I positioned them to cover the bottom and top, and used a color overlay to make it the teal color you see there. I also took the flare from stadium_lights.psd and put it beneath the smoke so it would be colored by the smoke. I also put its opacity to 50%. The RX symbol and the pills are clip are images, both resized and with the outer glow effect. The RX symbol has also had its opacity dropped to 60%. I made the rectangle housing the text, filled it blue and took away the stroke, and dropped the opacity to 60%. The text was found at dafont.com and is called Type Wheel by Johan Holmdahl.

I started this with a 5x7 white canvas and colored it with the gradient tool, starting the use at probably a little over half down the canvas. I made the rectangle, colored it blue, took away the stroke, and turned the opacity to 70%. The RX symbol and the heartbeat symbol are both clipart images that I put an outer glow effect to to give it sort of a neon sign effect, and then lined them up so they connect. The font is from dafont.com and is called Neon Sans by GGBot.
